Outreach
Intervention Student Program
Outreach is a local non-for-profit agency licensed by OASAS with locations in both Brentwood and Bellport. Outreach offers an array of services from education, prevention, substance use, individual and group counseling, medication management, and residential treatment.
Outreach supports Connetquot High School by providing short-term counseling and education to a small cohort of students at no cost to the district. The counselor assigned would be Alexis Villamonte, MSW.
The program would be as follows:
4-week Counseling Series:
o Session 1: Introduction on the Education on Nicotine
o Session 2: Education on Marijuana/THC.
o Session 3: Presentation from Outreach Residents
o Session 4: Process Group
Program is offered to HS students during the school day who are looking for assistance on quitting vaping and drug use!
